At All American Karate we believe martial arts can help to improve life both physically, and mentally.  We work hard to continue our own education in self-defense and teaching practices so we can be the best instructors possible.  While we know our school might not be right for everyone, we hope by providing the below information on our school and the benefits of the martial arts, you can decide if you would like to try us out.

Self-defense Benefits:

Full-time Academy Benefits:

  • Allows us to provide a wide variety of training with beginner, intermediate, advanced, and black belt classes.
  • Age appropriate classes for dragons (ages 4-6), youth students (ages 7-12), family (youth age and up), and teen/adult classes. 
  • Provide Cage Fitness, which is a unique mixed martial arts conditioning class developed by MMA champion Matt Hughes. 
  • Classes with foundation skills used to build dynamic striking and self-defense. 
  • Classes with weekly lessons in life skills such as confidence and respect.
